Revolutionizing HVAC with IoT Integration
HVAC systems are responsible for controlling temperature, air quality, and humidity in homes, offices, and industrial spaces.
But traditional HVAC systems had several drawbacks, such as high energy consumption, maintenance requirements, and limited user control. IoT has shown a way to solve these problems.
With IoT technology, HVAC systems have now become smart. These systems can collect real-time data, analyze it, and automatically adjust according to user needs.
We focus on building solutions for HVAC manufacturers that are technologically advanced, user-friendly, and scalable.
We develop smart IoT devices and apps that make HVAC systems more efficient, economical, and better for the environment.
Recent Work Highlights

Smart HVAC Project for Dubai Client
Our team recently delivered a smart HVAC solution for a Dubai-based client. In this project, we used AWS hosting and implemented Thread Mesh technology with ESP32 microcontroller.
In this system, all the nodes are connected to each other and form a mesh network with a gateway controller. This makes the connection of the devices strong and reliable.
We have created iOS and Android apps as well as a web application for this project. The apps are developed on the Flutter framework and the web application on React.js and PostgreSQL database is used for data storage.
ViewOur apps include many great features, such as:
- Presence sensor setting: If someone is present in the room, the AC turns on automatically, otherwise off.
- Temperature control: Facility to set minimum and maximum temperature.
- Scheduling: Option to turn the AC on and off according to the time.
- Device Grouping: Control multiple devices simultaneously.
- AC Mode Control: Easily change cooling, heating or fan mode.
This solution offers energy savings, user-friendly interface and smart connectivity. Our goal is to provide clients with a system that is convenient and effective for their customers.
HVAC Project for SmartHome Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Adequate Infosoft recently delivered a smart HVAC project for SmartHome Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India.
The company has been working in the smart home and HVAC industry for the last 10 years and is known for its innovative products. We developed a solution that seamlessly enhances their smart home ecosystem.
In this project, we designed an IoT-based HVAC system that integrates completely with smart home devices. The system used ESP32 microcontrollers and ZigBee protocol to connect devices with each other quickly and reliably.
We set up hosting on AWS cloud, which supports real-time data processing and storage. For the database, we used MongoDB, which is scalable and flexible.

For this, we developed iOS and Android apps based on React Native and a web application based on angular.js.
- Remote temperature and mode (cooling, heating, fan) control.
- Scheduling feature, allowing users to set the HVAC to a specific time.
- Presence detection, which turns the AC on and off based on presence in the room.
- Energy monitoring, to monitor power consumption.
- Integration with smart home devices, such as lights and blinds.
SmartHome Solutions’ customers benefit from a seamless, energy-efficient, and user-friendly experience. We delivered the project on time and on budget, further strengthening the client’s market presence.
The HVAC platform consists of:
- Frontend: React.js SPA (Single Page Application)
- Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API
- Database: Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL)
- Authentication: Microsoft Identity Server
- Containerization: Docker
- Orchestration & Deployment: AWS ECS Fargate / Kubernetes (Amazon EKS)
- Load Balancing: AWS Application Load Balancer (ALB)
- Storage & Assets: Amazon S3
- Domain & HTTPS: Amazon Route 53 + ACM (SSL)
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions
Smarter HVAC with IoT: Key Benefits for Modern Systems
HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) have become smart by integrating with the Internet. And that's what Adequate Infosoft has been doing sincerely for the past few years — helping HVAC companies go completely smart by providing IoT apps and systems.
This is not about chasing trends or making bold claims. We’re solving real challenges. Our systems help HVAC companies enhance their products with greater efficiency, intelligence, and data-driven capabilities.
We develop custom IoT solutions and mobile apps for HVAC manufacturers. Our goal is to help manufacturers make their products smart and connected, so that their customers get a better experience.
How does Adequate Infosoft help?
We design the entire system for your machines, including apps, dashboards, sensor integration, cloud storage, and data analytics.
Smart mobile apps
For both Android and iOS, allowing users to set temperatures, set timers, view energy usage, and even receive maintenance alerts.
Real-time dashboard
The company gets to see the performance of the entire system in real time. Which unit is running how much, where is energy being wasted, and where automatic adjustments can be made.
Our IoT solutions allow HVAC systems to be monitored in real-time. Through sensors and devices, we collect data such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and energy consumption. This data is sent to a cloud-based platform where manufacturers and customers can view it.
AI-based analytics
We add models that learn from data that help in energy savings and smart operations.
API and cloud integration
Easy connection to Azure, AWS, or any cloud. If you already have an ERP system, we can connect data to that as well.
Predictive Maintenance
HVAC systems often fail, causing major damage. Our IoT solutions are equipped with sensors that monitor the health of the system.
If a minor problem begins, such as dirt buildup in the filter or a change in pressure, the system sends an immediate alert. This allows contractors to make repairs in time, preventing major breakdowns and costly maintenance.
Energy Efficiency
Energy efficiency is our priority—our IoT solutions ensure HVAC systems use only the energy they need. For example, smart thermostats can adjust the temperature according to the weather.
Smart sensors detect empty rooms and shift the system to low-power mode—saving energy, cutting costs, and reducing your carbon footprint.
Custom Mobile Apps
We create custom mobile apps for HVAC manufacturers that are designed for their brands. These apps are available for both iOS and Android platforms. Our focus is to make the app interface simple enough for any user, even the least tech-savvy, to use.
- Remote control: Change temperature, fan speed, and mode from anywhere.
- Scheduling: Set times for the HVAC system to turn on and off automatically.
- Energy tracking: Real-time power consumption information.
- Voice integration: Connectivity with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home.
- Notifications: Instant alerts for maintenance or malfunctions.
Smart home integration
Smart homes are more in demand than ever. People want their HVAC system to work in conjunction with other smart devices, such as smart lights, smart blinds, and voice assistants.
We develop solutions that make HVAC systems part of the smart home ecosystem. For example, if smart blinds detect that it's sunny outside, they can automatically close and the HVAC system can adjust the temperature.
